• Question: Can laughing be a form of exercise?

      Actually yes it can, because when you laugh you use 15 face muscles and also several muscles in your body, such as the abdomen, back and shoulders.

      I certainly think so – and i think laughing makes you live longer too 🙂

      I’ve heard that in some countries, I think I saw this in India, they actually have laughter clubs as it a form exercise and it is good for your well being 🙂

      They should start this at the gym!
