  There is some evidence that cannabis oils can help to fight some cancers, but I don’t think there’s any evidence of a preventitive effect. Cannabis is also used for helping with the pain of cancer and its side-effects (in some countries). Cannabis smoke contains carcinogens, which are things that cause cancer. So smoking cannabis almost certainly causes cancer.
