Question: why do you have pink hair?

Actually that picture is a few months old… I now have purple and blue hair currently 🙂 I dye my hair these colours because I like them and am brave enough to try them out (I’ve been red, red&purple, blue, green, purple and pink before)

I’ve heard that in the NHS there’s a new regulation saying that you have to keep your hair within 3 shades of it’s original colour. Stupid idea if you ask me. What’s wrong with a nurse with bright pink hair?

I agree with this! However I guess there are still many people who look at brightly coloured hair and immediately judge an individual off it. If your employer says not to dye it an extreme colour, I guess you have to abide by it. This is why I stayed with bright coloured clip-in extensions until I started my PhD and knew my employer was 100% comfortable with me dying it.
