• Question: do you find it easy to work in groups ?

      Small groups (around 6-8 people) always work better for me. I can work with smaller groups, but it gets difficult to work with more than 10 people.

      When I was at school, I found working in groups quite a struggle, and in fact I hated it. However when I went to college and university, I became much better at it. I realised that I prefer to be the group leader and have a more active role.

      When you are working in a lab, we all have our own individual projects, but when we want to learn something new or ask for help, we can ask our lab members.
