• Question: Is the planet getting to full of people?

      It’s certainly getting more populated and, as I understand it, we might start to struggle to find enough food for all of the people. There are ways to minimise these problems, for example by eating less meat. The animals used for meat eat plants. The animals turn the plants into meat, but not all of the plant becomes meat, so it’s inefficient. If we just ate the plants in the first place we would take out the middle animal. Meat is very tasty though…

      One of the other alternatives is to use genetically modified crops to produce more food from the same land/water.

      At last count the population had exceeded 7 billion
      I think no more than 10 billion is recommended as food shortages would become an issue ;(
