• Question: what challenges do you come across in your job?

      Hi Rebekah,

      there are many challenges in what I do. First of all, I need to be innovative and creative, think outside the box and come up with ideas that are not only new but they are also doable and useful. Second, I need to have lots of patience and persistence to make my ideas work. There are a lot of moments of disappointment in science, things are never straightforward and you don’t see positive results coming that easily. Third, I need to know what other scientists in my field are working on. There a tones of scientific studies going on in my field, and I need to be updated. This will help me come up with new ideas, but also know who are the masters in the field 🙂
