I think that depends on what course you want to do. Decide what course to do and then find out which universities provide that course. Have a look at what the differences are between the courses at the different universities and find out how the courses are rated. Then think about where you would like to study and live for 3-4 years, for example some universities are based on a campus and some are within the city. Think about how far you want to move away from home. I think moving out is a going thing to do and I that you get the best experience that way, but you also have to consider the costs.
