I don’t think there’s one food you can really eat to be healthy. A healthy diet is all about having balance– eating the correct amounts of proteins, fats, fruits/veg, starch and dairy– and making sure you get your recommended intake of the vitamins and minerals you need.
Some foods that you may eat and classify as really healthy are:
*Broccoli: It contains over 100% of your vitamin K and 200% of your vitamin C which are two vitamins that are very essential for a good immune system and strong bones.
*Salmon: It has a high level of Omega-3 which can help with lowering your fat and cholesterol levels which helps to maintain healthy circulation and a healthy heart.
*Apple: It has high levels of anti-oxidants which helps lower damaging free radicals in the body which may slow cellular aging and damage.
