Sugar and fat are probably responsible for the most deaths via diabetes and heart disease. However, the puffer fish or Fugu in Japanese is very dangerous. It’s a delicacy in Japan, but it contains a poison called Tetrodotoxin. There’s lots of the poison in the liver and eyes, but some people believe that the liver is the best bit. The poison paralyses you, but doesn’t affect your brain, so you are completely concious, but unable to move. You die from not being able to breathe. There is no antidote!
