      Water freezes at a temperature of 0 degress celcius. The ice feels cold because it’s temperature is below that of our body, 37 degrees. Anything below 37 degrees feels cold to us. If ice was any warmer, it wouldn’t be ice, it would be water, or it it was hotter is would be gas/steam.
